The Apollo Centre for Health & Wellness is a purpose built building which opened for business at the beginning of 2004. Psychotherapy at Apollo was one of the founding tenants. The Centre holds a vision of providing a comprehensive range of health practitioners in one centralised building that is designed to offer a sense of comfort, convenience and tranquillity in its surroundings and facilities.

Café
The New Gusto Café is on site providing healthy snacks and meals from Monday to Friday, 7.00-4.00, and Saturday from 7.30-2.30.
The café offers a large gluten-free selection. The café is closed on Sunday.

Creche
The Apollo Creche is provided as part of the Lifestyle Fitness gym. The crèche is open to casual users on a sessional basis from Monday to Friday. The session times are 9.00-11.00; 11.00 - 12.30 and 1.00-3.00. The cost is $10 per session. It is fully licensed with experienced and qualified staff. The contact telephone number is 09 477 3740.

Parking
There is ample free parking available around the building.

Psychotherapy at Apollo can be found by entering by the main medical and pharmacy entrance, taking the stairs or the lift to the first floor, turning left and proceeding to the end of the corridor, where you will find the rooms on the left.
